“How will I be taken care of enough to get back to work?”

“I have so much anxiety now… but I think we kind of all do. ‘That’s a problem for later, I’ve never been sick, I don’t have any chronic illnesses, I’m fine. Why would I be planning for if I need a caregiver next week or if I need a caregiver tomorrow?’”
